South Florida man charged after allegedly shouting anti-Semitic slurs at polling place

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – A West Palm Beach man is accused of intimidating voters after he was caught on camera by a news crew allegedly yelling anti-Semitic slurs at a campaign worker at a polling station.

Nicholas Farley was recorded yelling at a poll worker at the Acreage Branch Library Voting site in Palm Beach County last week, authorities said.

The remarks were apparently aimed at campaign staffer Lilly Loudin.

“I’m so happy he’s been arrested now,” Loudin said.

Farley is currently behind bars, accused of voter intimidation, voter fraud, and adding a hate crime to each charge.

In the incident, Loudon said he sped toward her in the parking lot after the alleged anti-Semitic slurs.

“I think he went out of his way to scare me. And it was pretty close,” Loudon said.

In July, Farley was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after an African American man said Farley “made some kind of racial slur.” Later, when Farley approached the man, he saw that Farley had a gun pointed at him.

Those charges were dropped because the alleged victim said authorities had no evidence Farley pointed a gun at him.

Following the arrest, Aronberg emailed a statement:

We will review the case based on the information provided by law enforcement and stated in the arrest report. The first amendment does not protect anyone from voter intimidation.

Farley’s bond was set at $200,000.
