Oramalugo said that despite the economic situation of the country, the command is intensifying its efforts to ensure that any revenue due to be paid to the government is collected in accordance with the law.

He said the revenue generated underscores the command’s commitment to efficient revenue collection through enforcement, improved compliance and monitoring.

The controller said the command would seize a large amount of counterfeit drugs for the second time between January and October and would continue to wage a war against illegal drugs.

He assured the public that the command would not allow smuggling and other contraband to flourish in its area of responsibility.
