Bravo Sold in SLC, Tells the Secrets of Utah Real Estate: Preview

I can’t get enough of Bravo’s hits The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City? Do not be afraid; A new reality real estate series based in Utah is on the way.

Bravo announces its new series sold in SLCIt promises to delve into the shameless, sinful and luxurious life of Utah’s most prominent and dramatic real estate agents through the Presidio Real Estate group.

A new show will follow, premiering on Monday, December 9th. RHOSLCAnother hour of complicated relationships and professional (and personal) rivalries for fans who can’t get enough of Salt Lake City drama.

“When I started brokerage I literally couldn’t even afford a printer, but last year we sold $1.2B and I couldn’t have done it without the best team in the business.” Jennifer YeoCEO Presidio Real Estate grouphe says in the first look trailer released on Tuesday, October 29th.

“People in Utah may be following the Ten Commandments, but at my brokerage we’re following the Jen commandments,” she continues in the featurette, before laying out her brokerage regulations, which is of course followed by a series of clips showing what her agents are like: Tyna Edwards, Malaysia Fua, Matt Jones, Sarah MartindaleAnd Kenny Sperry – don’t play exactly by the rules.

Commandment number one? “You’re always going to sell,” Jen says in voiceover.

In the trailer, viewers get a glimpse of the luxury real estate scene in Utah; According to the clip, it includes essentials such as a guest house, tanning station and lounge.

A description of the series provided by Bravo reads: “With impressive high-end properties and Salt Lake City’s LDS community as a backdrop, this series follows the layered social dynamics within the brokerage as agents navigate complex relationships and personal rivalries.” “Always on a commission mission, the drama often follows the team’s fierce professional ambitions to stay on top and continue raising the bar in one of the fastest-growing housing markets in the country.”

In the same trailer, Jen lists her other so-called commandments, including “you will always be professional” and “you will never speak rudely about another agent.”

Of course, the clips show his agents doing just the opposite.

“You can only drink on the job in real estate,” an agent says in the trailer.

“I don’t exactly agree with our church about drinking and partying,” says another.
